Hi,

if I make CCS controls with medium/large datasets not Visible they still do their job - I just can't see them.
Is this correct?
Thanks

Not correct. Create a grid and look at the Initialize and Show methods:
They both contain "If NOT Visible then Exit Sub" as their first line of
code.
