:-)First of all, is there a way to display a form so it looks something like this:-
Region: XXXXXXX Sub-Company: XXXX OSHCategory:xxxx
Incident Date: ddmmyy Incident Time: hh:mm
Incident Type: xxxxxxxxx Operation: xxxxxx Task: xxxxxxx

etc
Also, this is the parent form and it has two "children forms" which can have many records. one of the forms identifies the details of the injury sustained whilst the second form, identifies the treatments administered

As I am very new to this, I would truly appreciate some help on what the best display method would be.

Cheers
Lesley

Yes, just go the html view and edit away. Add new columns and rows to the table and move the tags where you want them

I am a newbie to this whole thing. Is that inside the <table> code itself? Also, does that affect the style sheet?

Cheers

Leslie,
You could create a table and move each of the fields into different table fields to achieve such look. This is best done with HTML editors like Dreamweaver and FrontPage, and can be done in CCS as well if you have some understanding of HTML. The style sheets should not be affected, but it's possible that you may need to apply some style to each table cell. I recommend "playing" with the layout and viewing the HTML source to try to understand how it works. This Website may also be helpful for understanding HTML: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
