I'm trying to use the new SFTP/SSH feature. SSH is supposed to be implemented on the server I am publishing to using port 22. Other than checking the SFTP/SSH box and adding ":22" to the "Server" IP address, is there anything else that needs to be done?

Nothing else should be needed.
I just tried it myself for the first time and seemed to work OK. Because the port 22 is the default, this works with and without the port being specified, for example both "yessoftware.com" and "yessoftware.com:22" worked OK.
The only difference from FTP is that the FTP home path can be different from SSH home path, therefore the "Path/Folder" setting in CCS may also need to be different for SSH than FTP.
I recommend testing your SSH connection via another SSH client before using such option in CCS. PuTTY is a free and popular one: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/
