I have a view which returns a set of records, i.e. FieldName and DisplayText. Now, on the BEFORE SHOW Event of the form, I iterate through this view and if a particular FieldName is found, then the corresponding control (having the same name) is made visible. This should create a form which displays controls based on someone's profile; a user is restricted particular fields which a manager has access to more fields. Could any one help/assist me with this code snippet?

Example; if FieldName is found as 'SSN' and DisplayText as 'Social Security Number', then a TextBox control on the record form called SSN is displayed!
