hi ,
i 'm just starting with ccs and want to use variables....
example:
the value of a control should be the variable "refer"
and the "refer" itself = request.servervariables("http_referer")

how can i add this code?
with normal text variables it's no problem ;-))

1.i declare the variable
2. type= text
3.initial value=??
how give me a short help

You can use the Retrive Value for Control action in the Before Show event of control.
Source Type: Expression
Source Name: Request.ServerVariables("http_referer")
