DWT = DreamWeaver Templates.

Its a way for a site that is developed uisng DreamWeaver to have a lot of reusable parts (like its menus etc) to be put into a component like archive, and then the whole site can be regenerated with teh changes.

DreamWeaver is a very powerful product and I have used it on occasion.

Dreamweaver is know to me, never used the templates though.
(by the way TLA = Three Letter Abbreviation, very popular in Holland)
