how to use CCS to make file upload use jsp

i will make a file management page use jsp, it contain the file upload , list and modify.
the file content column,in the list page, i want not display the actual content of the record , i want display the file name use link ,so when user point it ,it will use the relative program to open it or download it.
so my question so be this:
when my database table has 3 column : id ,file_name, file_content, how can i save the uploaded file's name to file_name column use the upload componet in CCS .

PS. i have found the "CodeCharge Studio File Upload Example using PHP" and using Asp in Knowledge Base , the but i didn't find this example using JSP, The knowlede base have not uplate for long day .i hope the codechareg.com worker may update it.
