While running through TaskManager QuickSTart tutorial I found that
login page dont redirect me to required page. Login is succsessfull because no error message was appeared. (I am trying to accomplish this with PHP\mySQL ).
Later I found answer on a forum.
There were link to Microsoft Internet Explorer security patch that will
cause to ignore cockies if domain name have wrong symbols. So login routine will fail in this case, but...
I have proper name installed on my Apache2\NT2000 system for testing purpose.
What may be wrong...??

This problem is usually caused by missing 'temp' folder or having wrong permissions assigned to that folder.
(PHP forum may be best for posting PHP-related questions)

temp windows folders configured inside Control Panel\System\Environment is ok.
Alot of programs use it.

I've made a test. After uploading code to Linux server on the web site
problem didnt gone.

Login page eat correct username and password without jumping to requested page.
So I must clean "Restricted" flags for all pages to have ability work with project...

But problem still here.

Any other idea?

This is not a problem of the windows temp folder not existing but a problem of the php.ini file not pointing to temp.

Please open the php.ini file and check to what directory it is pointing. My experience is that it points to a ./tmp directory. Create this directory or change the entry in php.ini to point to ./temp instead. That should solve your problem.
