Hello,

How do I make a connection to a sybase database in which the server is located in Miami. What kind of access do I need from the Miami location? What is the connectionstring I would use?

Remember the database is Sybase and the import option in the software in which I am trying to place the data in only has the ability to import data from Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, Paradox, and text file. It also as option for a predefined ODBC Datasource (DSN) and "Others" in which I used a "user defined connection string"

Please let me know which option I would have to use and provide the connectionstring

Thanks!

This isn't directly related to CodeCharge so here we go:
http://www.google.com/search?q=sybase+connection+string
http://www.google.com/search?q=connecting+sybase+anywhere+remotely

And why not ask Sybase question to Sybase? :-)
