Any recommendations on a javascript editor that has intellisense for javascript objects? I only dabble in js once in a while and find it onerous. Any suggestions for rapid development?

I need ur help for highlight the bold and italic icons, when the cursor moves over them, iam presently designing an editor using html and javascript. if u let me know this, i will be much pleased with you.
