I have a link on my page to another page on my website & it is passing parameters when I have not included any parameters in the link

anybody come across this before ?

the link is set to open this page
http://localhost/dir/covers.php

but is displaying this when the mouse is over it or when I click on it:
http://localhost/dir/Covers.php?name=100+Girls

I have made sure there is no parameter under Href Source but the page I want
