I know that Code Charge Personal Edition does not support Stored Procedures......Does this mean in the custom code section that you can't write your own code and call a stored proc....I was under the impression that anything could be done within the custom code section??

You're right - you can do anything you like in the custom code section.
Only the built-in feature(s) of CodeCharge Studio may not be supported in Personal Edition.
