 Checkbox access db design

I am wanting to know what is the best way to design an access db for use with checkboxes.

Responses TABLE
response_id
response_descr

Log TABLE
log_id
response_id

How do i design my LOG if there are more than 1 reponse checked.

if there is an example of an access DB somewhere or a URL I would be happy to look at.

Hello,
I think that you can use multi-select listbox rather than checkbox as CC doesn’t a checkbox list control as CCS does.
