I've noticed that logins are case insensitive - the username
and password can be anycase when logging in.
What modifications need to be made to make logins
case sensitive?

I just remembered, normal character strings within MySQL DB
are stored in case-insensitive format.
Using the BINARY attribute on the character fields to be compared
for case sensitiviy works fine.
