Hi all,

I am currently (trying) to work on a development project with a partner of mine. I am responsible for the initlal design and generation of the .html files and php files using CCS (latest production build). My partner is responsible for the post -generation editing of the html files. He basically adds all of the bells and whistles. Unfortunatly he does not have a license for CCS, so he must perform modifications in Dreamweaver.

I have been using CC and CCS for about 3 1/2 years now and would like to think that I am fairly comfortable and knowledgeable on most aspects of using the IDE, however I have always worked solo.

Our issue is that there seem to be problems accessing the pages in Design view after editing the html file manually by my partner. I'm not sure what he is doing for this to happen. I was under the impression that you could do this. My partner is well-informed in knowning not to take out any Template Blocks or Template Variables. When I click on an object such as a Label or Button, the properties window on the bottom-left of the screen does not display anything. In addition, I cannot righ-click on any object to view the properites of any project.

Is there some standard way of developing outside of CCS without hurting the actual project files?
:-/

Best regards,
George

Wow Wow, this bug is freezing our developments.
We begin the work, feel happy with it, and when we want
to edit the html code....Bang! Canīt edit the properties
of the objects contained in the page anymore.

And now???
