Hi,

After using a search to find a record, I make changes to the record and then do a submit.

The following error comes back: The value in field urls_keyword is not valid. Use the following format: LongDate. (storage)

The Path in the URL looks like this with the keyword containing the word originally searched. Why is it still there? How do I get rid of it?

Thanks,
Andrew

Hi,

I have found the problem. Seems when I created the page I used the automatic builder and it had a Search on that page. I deleted the search, but the code for querying the SQL was still there. This why the browser was sending the "The value in field urls_keyword is not valid." because it was being sent a keyword for a variable that it didn't know about.

Nobody replyed to my question, but I thought I should post my answer.

Search forms never create any SQL. They only convert user's input into a URL. Therefore looks like the SQL wasn't related to the search form.

This has been driving me mad! :-@ I'm having a similiar bug hit me as I try to where on a session date value:

The value in field sestestdate is not valid. Use the following format: mmmm d, yyyy. (2000-03-19 08:57:00)

... I don't remember changing any site settings, and it seems like this is yet another CCS roundhouse punch which came at me out of nowhere. There's not very many good answers on the forum to help with this either, although it looks like I'm not alone with being stumped. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can move on?

I don't think that this issue is related to the above and I don't understand the problem. The message is quite clear and it simply says that your date format is wrong, or doesn't match the format that you specified (wherever/however you're using it).
