 Objects outside forms?

Is there a (simple) way to have obects outside a form? There are case
when I want some nice features of CCS without all the processing of a
form. For example, I want to put a link which would automatically have
the GET parameters handling, but it not related to a form...

Yes, it's possible. You don't need to build a form in order to insert
a link.
I use that feature when I want to create a header menu where links
preserve get parameters.
Create a page, insert your links from the form tabs not html tab
and set their properties:
Default value, parameters.
if Links url are to be drawn from a table then you can use
the beforeshow event of the page to Set link parameters.
