Is there a way that I can create an application in codecharge that does not require a web server.
In otherwords, what database can we directly connect to without using ASP, Apache, IIS etc.

Paul,
All Web applications require Web server, even if not created with CodeCharge.
CodeCharge cannot be used to create Windows/desktop applications.
