 ::: DB Connection Error Message

If the MySQL server is brought down and you attempt to
perform a database operation, the following error may occur:

Database error: pconnect(localhost:3306, <actual-username>, $DBPassword) failed.
MySQL Error: 0 ()


I don't mind the error message, except for the fact that it
displays the actual user-name (<actual-username> above)

Is there a way to prevent this in CCS?
