I, ve developped my web site, using PHP en CCS. But when I host the site on
my apache, viewers who do not have PHP installed can't see the pages
properly. All the behaviour like the links, databasegrids,... returns
useless. Even on my localhost I have to include the PHP-extension (for
example: home.php) to make the site behave like it should.

Is my apache badly configured? Or is their another cause?

Rembert,

Yes, your Apache needs to be configured to run .php pages by default, instead of .html.
You will need to modify the DirectoryIndex entry in the httpd.conf file.
See: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=DirectoryIndex+httpd.conf
