Is there any compatibility problem between CCA and Net. Framework 2.0 Beta

Probably so. CCS doesn't support non-existing frameworks.
The .NET Beta version is still far from completion and cannot be used in production environment, therefore this is not even a question of CCS compatibility, but .NET 2.0's stability. For example we couldn't guarantee to generate working code if .NET 2.0 is not working properly.
CCS will support .NET 2.0 when it is released by Microsoft.
