I am building several applications that allow the public to submit data. I would like to be able to use certain field to gerate information that is send via the email.

For example I would like the message to be something to the effect of
... {username} has submitted thier application {application Number} and it is ready for your review... and also be able to use text without creating many of those hidden text fields.

Any thoughts?
