Hi there,

I have a table with outstanding projects, what i would like to do is e-mail
the list to people who are in another table.

i am not really sure where to start and i how to do this.

i will be using a cron job to load the php page once a month to run the
e-mail.

i hope someone will be able to point me in the right direction
