The best Dynamic SwishMax Header (size 710x200)
-Will win a Single Domain License of Our Content Management System.
The best Intro
-Will win a Single Domain License of Our Content Management System.
The best "copywriter",
has to write the documentation from his/her point of
view by testing demo online at www.coder24.com
-Will win a Single Domain License of Our Content Management System.
Each license is worth over 1000 euro.
All winners will get PRO installation of our application (if needed) and free
uppgrades in one year.
The winners has to agree that we may include their work with our CMS
commercial package without any restrictions.
[Proper Credits will be given to the authors in the READ ME file, this way your work and skills will be promoted further.]

Sounded good up to the part about :

You give the winner one copy of your software (zero cost to you) and the
"winner" gives up perpetual license to their work. Even if they are able to
sell it themselves (not clear whether the author will retain rights in your
arrangement with them - you didn't address that), having it included in
another commercial product leaves them competing with themselves. This does
not sound like a fair arrangement at all. I believe it also screws up an
GPL licensing options since it's now part of a commercial product.

Hi Don 
If competitors make an INTRO, HEADER, COPYWRIGHT or CSS Design specially for our product Vision.To CMS Enterprise how could
they sell to someone other ?
Would you buy an INTRO made for our product ?
"your software (zero cost to you)"
Developing such software cost lot of time, work and effort, according to this word does it mean software developers has ZERO COST if they develop their software in 1-2 years of hard work ?
The purpose of this contest is to show how much power our software has and that third developers and designers are not limited to incorporate their own design.
Everyone who can develop modules for this CMS they are free to sell them as thier own software without any restrictions.
Documentation for developer will be published on our site.
