I have been using Code Charge version 2 and it has been working very fine i run my project on IIS5 and it was working fine

but today i just installed Coder charge studio and after the installation if i try to view any of my works it will give me the above named error

what shoud i do to resolve this pls help?

Since you didn't use CCS for a while this could happen due to some Windows update installation, database upgrade, driver changes, etc.
It looks like CCS cannot connect to your database any longer. Recreate your DSN (if you're using one) and if you can, open the Connection in CCS and specify the database connection again.
You may need to upgrade your database driver, or use a different one. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q243349/
Also check if any other programs (like Excel) can connect to your database usnig the same method.
Though any technical issues should be reported to CCS support.
