I need to create a webpage based on table values. for example i have the following in my
tables:

TABLE_FIELDS
id field_name field_type
1 name textbox
2 age textbox

TABLE_VALUES
id id_table_fields vaue
1 1 mark
2 1 john
3 1 joe
4 2 <18
5 2 >18

and i want an asp page that generate controls based on the values that the tables have.
Any ideas where to look for an example?
