I'm looking to purchase a good plug-in for viewing
PDF's within a webpage that integrates with PHP.

I have Apache 2.0.48 running on a Liunx box, but for
some reason, when I try to byte-stream a PDF it says
the file cannot be located - when it does.
URL redirection to the PDF works fine, but I don't want to
do it that way.

If anyone knows a really good plugin for viewing PDF's
that I can integrate with CCS, I'd like to hear about it. 8-)

If you're just creating PDF's in PHP, then look at FPDF (www.fpdf.org), or
www.ros.co.nz/pdf/. If that's your problem. If you just need a viewer,
then Acrobat's Reader 'ought-to' integrate with the browser as a plug-in. I
use both IE6 and Mozilla Firefox and have no issues.

If you're really looking for an alternative viewer, then look at
www.daeja.com 's viewONE product.

Lotsa if's here because you left the question rather open-ended. Sorry.
