i created new table
added label controls and bind it to database table-column on data properties tab.
when i build and run
no data just blank table.
i used label on forms not html.
is there any tutorial how to manually bind data without running wizard?

The tutorial would be the same as what you wrote above 
Please only verify that the "Data Type" property is correct. This is most common reason for blank data.
