Have 2 tables: Project and Details.
Only want to allow Details to be created if valid Project in Project Table.
Looking to use Project Table as list to only allow entry known projects then pass selected value to be placed into detail record.
Assumed I could use default somehow but syntax nothing I have been able to figure out.
Appreciate any help or examples.

You want to use a Listbox on the details page that is populated from the
Project table.
Check out the TaskMan sample project.
