I have already designed the out look of my site i need now to input the dynamic part of the site with code charge how do i achieve this??

thats the "wrong" way
i suggest you to open a new site in CCS
then use your website design tool as external editor from within CCS
to Design your site layout, colors and so on.
i use dreamweaver mx and CCS together much , there is an easy to use function "open external" in CCS.
this way your Design stays CCS "compatible"
