I have already designed the out look of my site i need now to input the dynamic part of the site with code charge how do i achieve this??

Hello.
An easy way is:
Make an emty page in CCS, right click on the page name, edit extern.
If you select your favorite HTML Editor in CCS (Properties) , it will be now open. Now you can put all your html Tags in the Side, and save it. Go back to CCS, select HTML Mode from the new side and your template is shown in CCS. Be shure that all FilesFolders from your template also in the CCS ProjektFolder.

Another way could be to create new page in CCS, switch to th HTML mode, then copy/paste your already designed HTML into CCS. Then add dynamic components to your page within CCS.
