Looking for some good examples of explicitly opening a transaction and performing transaction operations within CCS.

If you are thinking of transactions like in database transaction I think you should leave that to the database. If you need transactions go with a database that supports that ie oracle and even mysql with innodb tables supports transactions

Yes - I'm refering to database transactions - but supported through
a web application written with CCS.

For example, when CCS performs a series of insert operations,
is there a way - through CCS code - to roll back the operation if
anyone of the inserts (withn the transaction group) fail?

INNODB is the MySQL database engine I'm using.

Thanks for your input. ;-)
