I have a huge user input page developed without CCS. It is sending data in POST method. Is it possible to use CCS (specially the DB functions) to insert those data into a DB?

That's probably not a good idea. You can write own program that inserts that data into DB. You could also extract some functions from Common.php that CCS creates, if you need them.
