Omar,
CCS includes Portal sample solution. I recommend that you start from it (create a new project and select the Portal solution for it). You can base your own portal on that one.

I have anther problem!!!
Win I select Asp.net Vb.net and starting compiling the CCS stop and show me the EROR massage c# compiler...
Note: I have on my PC the .Net studio with C# compiler
