How I can create normal Applications it men that Applications we need setup. It is not like the web based Application?

I'm not sure if I understand right what you are asking for.
I think CCS should be used when you need to create web pages with a high percentage of data from a database on it.

You do this by using Visual Studio .NET, or if your hairy chested just download the framework and start writing code. CCS is NOT for WinForm application it's for Web Applications.

Q. If I want to do complete applications in CCS this applications is web based I can change this applications to windows based???

CCS is purely to develop WEB applications. There is no option to convert to a WinForm, Yes! Software this looks like a really good Feature request, you are generating all the business logic how about an option to generate a WinFORM app ?

Of course we've looked at that, however there are too many differences between Web and Windows applications.
From my personal point of view the HTML template couldn't be reused and custom code couldn't be reused, while the Application Builder would also need to be new/different. And Windows applications do not use "pages" since one application/program can display many different screens. This leaves us with almost nothing usable at this point, so practically it would be a completely different product.
