can anyone tell me which browser settings to check?

Login problem ?!
If your correct e-mail and password appears to be constantly rejected,

I don't think it is the session variables. the user is allowed to login, however, the contents of the hidden, text, textarea fields etc. is not being passed from the form to the server upon submit. (1 user only)
IE 5.5, classic asp.

Have you tested adding the site in question to the list of "Trusted Sites" in the Security tab in IE Intenet Options dialog?

Did "adding the site in question to the list of "Trusted Sites" in the Security tab in IE Intenet Options dialog" solve your problem?
I would like to know because I'm running across this same problem with a few individuals.
Thanks.
