I've recently enforced DEP flag on my XP SP2 box and now CCS does not work anymore.
I've used "/noexecute=AlwaysOn" in boot.ini to prevent code execution from data pages.

Eros,
Please turn off the DEP manager. Then uninstall CCS, reboot and install it again. After that add CCS.exe to the exception list in DEP. You can access the DEP manager at System Properties -> Advanced -> Performance Settings -> Data Execution Prevention tab and select 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those that I select' radiobutton.
