Hello! Is there any way to display a picture (jpg) from a MySQL Blob
field ? if yes how ?

I'm sure there is. I wouldn't recommend it though. It will influance your database performance in a big way. Just put the path to the file in the database and the file itself on the server. If you want to do this for a lot of images blobs are most certainly not the way to go.
