I published a project two days ago with a hosting company, all went well. Have since made some changes locally, published locally and all works well. When I try to publish again with/to the hosting company, I get error:
200 Type set to I.
200 Port Command Successful
550 Med/Advobs.asp: Access Is Denied
I tried publishing another project to the same site, and it published ok, so permssions on the commercial site are ok.

Possibly that file got locked somehow and is read-only now. This can happen on any Windows computer, so you may want to contact your hosting company and ask them to delete it.
