 How to add attributes to <%@page directive

We have a COM component that needs to be called in an asp.net file. We have to add an attribute "AspCompat=True" to the "<%page" directive in order for it to work. Is there a way to do this from inside CCS instead of having to modify the generated code every time? Thanks in advance.
