Hi,

I've been trying to get email support but haven't got a response in 2 days. Is this normal? Is support still alive and well?

Frank,
I see that our support responded within 2 hours to your first support case and within 2 minutes to your 2nd support case.
We sent you 2 emails to your account @usa.net and everything looks good on our end.
I see that we're able to communicate with other users without such issue, thus you may want to check your spam filtering settings or provide another email account.
