Hi all,
I need help to set Db connection string parameters.
I am using a remote Db, let's say host name is: mysite.altervista.org
In the "publishing" window I set:
location: FTP
server: mysite.altervista.org
path: blank
login: my login
password: my password
live site Url: http://mysite.altervista.org

In the database window I don't know what to do about type / connection
string.
I don't have a web server on my pc. There is a web server and php 4 on the
remote host.

How can I properly connect??

thanks for help

I am actually using CC 2.0.5, I know there's a dedicated forum. Just thought the database window was the same..
