Default focus when entering list of values

When I'm adding a list of values for a listbox, the "List of Values" dialog does not put the focus into the Value field. This requires one extra click from the user, one can't just start typing right away.

Also the two fields in this dialog need shortcut keys - this is missing from a lot of places.
