I'm french, so my english is not very good...
I want to test CodeCharge Studio, in order to see if that corresponds to my needs. (I have the trial version)
I want to establish a connection with my database Interbase. My db is on my computer (i try on on a local server). How can I do to create an application generator (un "générateur d'application") ?
In the tutorial, there is no explanation to create a connexion to a database... so can anybody explain clearly ? (not too technical vocabuary... because of my english !)

Thanks a lot !
C.

Hi,

I suspect that you were reading the French tutorial, which doesn't contain the full documentation.
The English documentation contains sections about database connectivity at:
http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/Workin...Connection.html
http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/Workin...Connection.html
I haven't used Interbase, but you probably need an ODBC driver, then you can use it like with any other Windows software (Excel, MS Access, etc.)
