Hi all..
I have a big wish/plea.
We do a lot of avascript work in outr CCS HTML pages. Now - When we create a control in CSS it creates the NAME property but not the ID property.
With many cross browser issues one needs to use the getElementByID function to reference the control, and its is a real pain to have to modify all of the controls to do that.
The NAME is not used that often.
Any chance of a change here... Perhaps Both. I can imagine that the changes required would be pretty small in regards to coding
Take Care
Dave

Actually - one step further
To really be able to uniquely identify the control's ID
{HTMLFormName}_{ControlName}
would give
MyForm_ControlX1
That way if we have several forms with the same name control we care know exactly which one we want to use
