I often get this error on one of my websites -

Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user
(path: /tmp) in /home/howardr/public_html/Common.php on line 9

Any ideas?

Looks like this is related to this standard PHP command: http://us2.php.net/session_start
Nothing CCS-specific or even application-specific happens there thus my first suspicion would be that something is wrong with the /tmp folder that stores sessions. Possibly there is not enough disk space allocated to it?
