Is it just me, or is ADODB slower than the mail?
I mean, I am a bit concerned that it -seems- to -sometimes- take ASP a loooooong time to establish a db connection on my local machine (whereas for example, creating a connection via ODBC in a desktop app is pretty much instantaneous.)
However, once the connection made, however, response is extremely snappy. So...
Is it just me?
If it -ain't- just me, is there something that can be done about it?
