Positioning of grids after implementing Horizontal CSS Bar

With the help of support, I have been able to implement the Horizontal CSS bars in my web pages. However, no matter how I try to position the grids on the pages, they are lined up at the bottom of the page. This happens even if I put the horizontal bar in a page by itself and include it in the actual grids. I have battling this for a whole day now. If anyone sees this post, I will be more than happy to paste the code below for review.
