I am getting this error when working on my application.
But when i try to refresh the page this error is going away.
and not all the time this error occurs.
Can anyone please help me with this

Hello,
The error may happen when ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME variables are not set in PHP. You need to put $OraPutEnv to false in db_oracle.php.
