If I bought Codecharge Studio Personal, is it possible to change and redesign an Demo Project (WebShop) and use it for a normal WebShop on my Homepage?

well you kinda 'tweaked' the design so it's urs you can use it I think it's not a question of licensing but you just used CCS to build your design. It's like copying frontpage templates then modifying table layouts, css, etc. :)

If you are talking about the "Online Bookstore" example then yes, you can modify it and build own applications based on it.
